Gimlet with Haskap Gin Float
Already know how to make a gimlet? Enhance it by adding a Black Fox Haskap Gin float to this sweet and citrusy cocktail.
To make the honey syrup add equal parts of honey and water to a saucepan and stir over medium heat until the honey is dissolved. Let cool completely before adding to the cocktail.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain neat into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately. To create the haskap float gently pour Haskap Gin on top (Tip: pouring over a bar spoon can make this easier).
