This super easy cocktail showcases the beautiful floral notes of our Black Fox Gin #3, with the bright aromatic botanicals of Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic. Quick, easy and so, so delicious!
1 oz Black Fox Gin #7
1 oz Fresh lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Slice of cucumber
1 Whole peppercorn
In Shaker, muddle the whole peppercorn. Add Gin #7, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake on ice, strain into Fizz Glass with ice. Top with Perrier. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
To make the simple syrup add equal parts of sugar and water to a saucepan and stir over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely before adding to the cocktail.
Optional: Instead of muddling the peppercorn, add a crack of black pepper to the top of the cocktail.
