A fresh twist on the original pickle using Black Fox Gin #3 and fresh lime juice. It’s tangy, bright, and delicious!
4 Mini Cucumbers cut lengthwise into quarters
1/2 cup Black Fox Gin #3
1/3 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Coarse Sea Salt
Pack cucumbers into a sterilized jar. In a Martini shaker, add remaining ingredients and shake to dissolve salt and sugar. Add Gin mixture to jar and move to rest in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
