Lemon Rosemary Gin Fizz

Liven up your brunch menu with this tart and floral cocktail using Black Fox Gin #3.


2 oz Black Fox Gin #3
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 oz lemon rosemary syrup
1 egg white
2 oz soda

Lemon Rosemary Syrup

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
1 sprig of rosemary
Peel from one lemon

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Strain syrup and transfer to a jar or container.


Add Gin #3, lemon juice, rosemary syrup, egg white, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and lemon wheel.
