Haskap is one of nature’s most resilient berries, surviving even the harshest Canadian climates. After hand harvesting our haskap, we incorporate gentian root, black tea leaves, and a hint of Black Fox honey to craft a spirit that balances bitterness with bright berry flavour.
Black Fox Haskap Gin pairs perfectly with a tonic of your choice, lemonade or other citrus juices.
