Raspberry Liqueur Jam

This easy delicious raspberry jam is elevated with our Black Fox Raspberry Liqueur. Sweet, tart, and indulgent.


3 3/4 cup Raspberries, crushed
6 cups Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 Pouch Liquid Pectin
1 cup Black Fox Raspberry Liqueur


Combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a large saucepan and bring to boil. Boil 1 minute. Add liquid pectin and continue to boil for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Black Fox Raspberry Liqueur. Carefully ladle into sterilized jars leaving 1/4-in. headspace. Remove air bubbles; wipe rims and adjust lids. Process for 10 minutes in a boiling-water canner.
