Ingredients

0.75 oz Black Fox Sage Gin
0.75 oz Cointreau
0.75 oz Cocchi Americano
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
Absinthe

Directions

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Sage Gin, Cointreau, Cocchi Americano, and lemon juice. Shake until a layer of frost forms on the outside of the shaker. Swirl a splash of absinthe in a chilled coupe glass. Carefully pour the cocktail from the shaker through a strainer into the absinthe-rinsed glass. Garnish with a bouquet of fresh sage leaves pinned to the edge of the glass and serve immediately. Enjoy.
