Un-beet-able

Ingredients

1 oz Black Fox Gin #3
1 oz beet juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz grapefruit thyme syrup
Soda

Simple Syrup 

To make the simple syrup add equal parts of sugar and water to a saucepan and stir over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely before adding to the cocktail.

Directions

In a rocks glass filled with ice, add gin, grapefruit thyme syrup, beet juice, and grapefruit juice. Top with soda to taste.
