It is one of nature's most resilient fruits, thriving in Canada's most unforgiving climates. At Black Fox Farm and Distillery, we grow four acres of haskap which are harvested every year to be transformed into this extraordinary haskap berry gin. To highlight its unique character, we blend our farm-grown berries with gentian root, black tea leaves, and a touch of Black Fox honey.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Black Fox Haskap Gin
• A squeeze of fresh lime
• Premium ginger beer

Directions

Fill a copper mug (or highball glass) with ice. Add the Haskap Gin and fresh lime. Top slowly with premium ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with fresh mint and a wedge of lime.
