Creating limited releases allows us to experiment with new techniques and flavours, and capture where we are into a flavour. As mint comes into abundance, so does this fun new gin flavour! This beautiful gin is gently infused with aromatic mint leaves grown at Black Fox, adding a bright and crisp flavour to this gin. Wondrous as a gin and tonic where the effervescent bubbles of the tonic carry the essence of summer to your senses.
We had an awesome experience and Black Fox distillery. Such a beautiful property to come and relax at and sample some gin. The staff was very informative and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The whisky was also great but the gin stole the show for us. Definitely couldn’t leave without a bottle of Haskap gin and Sage gin! They will be very much enjoyed this summer! 😍
