A boldly aromatic gin bursting with fresh cucumber and an irresistible smooth finish. At Black Fox, we take pride in growing as many of our own ingredients as possible on our Saskatchewan farm. In fact, roughly one pound of whole cucumbers, freshly harvested from our rich Canadian soil, is used to infuse each bottle of this versatile gin with its signature crisp flavour.
Fresh from the garden. Crisp cucumber aromas meet soft hints of honeyed hay and melon. On the palate, cool cucumber and delicate floral notes shine, accented by a touch of peppercorn. The result is a long, refreshing finish that is perfect for sipping or mixing.

We had an awesome experience and Black Fox distillery. Such a beautiful property to come and relax at and sample some gin. The staff was very informative and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The whisky was also great but the gin stole the show for us. Definitely couldn’t leave without a bottle of Haskap gin and Sage gin! They will be very much enjoyed this summer! 😍
