Starting with our award-winning Canadian Gin, then soaked with Saskatchewan mustard seeds, this mustard-infused gin has a lovely sweet and savoury note with a hint of spice on the finish. Best mixed in a sour or in a caesar. Makes a great vinaigrette or cure for salmon!
We had an awesome experience and Black Fox distillery. Such a beautiful property to come and relax at and sample some gin. The staff was very informative and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The whisky was also great but the gin stole the show for us. Definitely couldn’t leave without a bottle of Haskap gin and Sage gin! They will be very much enjoyed this summer! 😍
