Every year, we harvest from our six acres of heritage raspberries to transform them into this highly anticipated seasonal favourite. Crafted completely from crop to connoisseur, our Raspberry Gin is a true expression of nature's rhythm: some years the harvest is abundant, others more elusive, but the result is always exceptional.

This means our distillation process begins entirely with 100% raw ingredients. We take this commitment a step further by growing the botanicals ourselves. The vibrant flavour of this gin comes exclusively from our own six acres of farm-grown heritage raspberries, meaning every bottle is carefully guided by our hands from crop to connoisseur.

Add the fresh berries, mint, and simple syrup to a rocks glass and muddle gently. Add the Raspberry Gin and lemon juice. Fill the glass with ice, top with soda, and garnish with fresh raspberries.

We had an awesome experience and Black Fox distillery. Such a beautiful property to come and relax at and sample some gin. The staff was very informative and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The whisky was also great but the gin stole the show for us. Definitely couldn’t leave without a bottle of Haskap gin and Sage gin! They will be very much enjoyed this summer! 😍
