Creating limited releases allows us to experiment with new techniques and flavours, and capture where we are into a flavour. Sage, along with many other plants, are all part of Black Fox’s natural pantry. Combining inspiration from the summer solstice and a love of craftsmanship to create a light, herbaceous gin to be the heart of every cocktail.
We had an awesome experience and Black Fox distillery. Such a beautiful property to come and relax at and sample some gin. The staff was very informative and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The whisky was also great but the gin stole the show for us. Definitely couldn’t leave without a bottle of Haskap gin and Sage gin! They will be very much enjoyed this summer! 😍
