Sweet, simple and sophisticated. Black Fox Mustard Gin, lime, and honey syrup make for a refreshing combination!

Note: John suggests combining the lime and the honey syrup and freezing it so you can drink a Gimlet any time – just add gin!


2 oz Black Fox Mustard Gin
1 oz Fresh lime juice
1 oz Honey syrup
Your favourite herb (Dill, basil, cilantro)


To make honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and water and bring to a boil, and let cool.

Add Mustard Gin and herbs to a shaker and then muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients and fill shaker with ice. Shake and strain neat into a chilled glass. Garnish with your favourite herb or lime wedge and serve immediately.
