Cucumber Southside Fizz

The secret to a refreshing cocktail is Black Fox Cucumber Gin and the Southside Fizz is no exception.

Ingredients

1 oz Black Fox Cucumber Gin
0.5 oz Fresh-Squeezed Lime Juice
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
Fresh Mint 
Sparkling Water

Directions

To make the honey syrup add equal parts of honey and water to a saucepan and stir over medium heat until the honey is dissolved.  Let cool completely before adding to the cocktail.

Muddle mint with the gin, lime juice and honey syrup in glass.  Fill with ice and top with soda. Garnish with mint, lime, and cucumber.
