By using this site, Users indicate their agreement to Terms & Conditions and you represent/warrant that you are at least the Age of Majority in your Province. If the User does not agree to Terms & Conditions contained, He/She/They may not access or use this Webstore. All prices displayed on this site are quoted in Canadian dollars.

Black Fox Farm and Distillery is able to ship to the following provinces: Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, PEI, NWT, Nunavut, and Yukon.*

Shipping – Proof of Age
Packages are shipped via Canada Post and require ‘Age Verification’ upon delivery by the Purchaser (Signer must be of Legal Drinking age in the Province receiving shipment).
Important Notice Regarding Delivery during COVID-19
During these unprecedented times, Canada Post may be redirecting deliveries requiring Proof-of-Age to be picked up at the nearest Post Office. All shipments containing liquor require Proof-of-Age. Please click here for updates on Canada Post’s delivery processes.
Shipping and Delivery Times
All orders will be processed for delivery within 48 hours of a confirmed ‘Purchase Order’. Delivery days may vary based on location and depending on Canada Post processing times. Deliveries within the City of Saskatoon will be delivered within 3-4 business days. The signer of the package must be of the legal drinking age in the province receiving the shipment.
Black Fox Farm and Distillery guarantees the safe delivery of products. Special care is taken to ensure orders are wrapped and packaged appropriately for shipment. In the unlikely event of breakage due to shipping, please contact us at [email protected].
Returns and Refunds
Once accepted, Purchase Orders cannot be cancelled. Black Fox Farm and Distillery will ONLY accept the return of bottles ON-SITE AT THE DISTILLERY, provided the bottle(s) are sealed, have not been tampered with, and there is no damage to the labels. The original Sales Receipt must also be presented with the bottle being returned. We will not accept returns by mail.
Order Acceptance and Quantity Limits
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. On occasion there may be a Sales Order that may have to be cancelled (or partially cancelled) due to inventory levels – items that are deemed “SOLD OUT” or an item is not able to be shipped. Black Fox Farm and Distillery will contact customers if all, or any portion of an order must be cancelled and confirm if the buyer wishes to proceed with a partial order.
Should you request to change your order after the Sales Order has been placed, every effort will be made to amend your Sales Order request, provided your package has not shipped. Please email [email protected] for order amendments. If the order has already shipped, no adjustments can be made.
If more convenient, it is possible to pick up your Sales Order at Black Fox Farm and Distillery. All store pickups will be done during regular retail hours For retail hours, please visit https://blackfoxfarmanddistillery.com/contact/. Be sure to select ‘In Store Pickup’ when placing your Sales Order and allow 24 hours for processing. Identification will be required for Order pick-up by the Purchaser.
Cancelling your Order
Provided your order has not shipped, we can cancel your order and refund your card. Once your order has shipped it can no longer be refunded unless it is returned at the distillery with the original Sales Receipt (See Refunds and Returns).
Paid Experience Cancellation Policy
All experiences are non-refundable. Rescheduling to a future date will be permitted 48 hours prior to booked experience. Please call 306-955-4645 to reschedule.
First Data is used to process online orders. All major credit cards are accepted by the system.
To minimize the risk of fraudulent orders, four (4) consecutive unsuccessful orders will automatically blacklist your name, phone number, email address, and IP address. Please email [email protected] if there is an error.
