Ingredients

1.5 oz Black Fox Mustard Gin
0.5 oz Chartreuse
0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz Simple syrup
Apple foam

Directions

Add Black Fox Mustard Gin, chartreuse, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until a layer of frost develops on the surface of the shaker. Stain into a chilled highball glass and delicately pipe apple foam to top the cocktail. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
